Our latest piece of marketing has just arrived hot off the press. If you are in the charity sector you might be lucky enough to get one of these.
I went to the snowfilm fest at Komedia last night and was treated to a couple of bangers.
Black Winter from Standard Films, and a cracker from Japan. Car Danchi 4 rent! It’s a low budget film full of inspirational powder riding. The kind of riding that is achievable by most of us mere mortals. No big ego’s, just guys wanting to ride.
The only problem is I now want to go to Japan, and I was unfortunate enough to be sat on a table with two people doing just that. Have fun out there Mark and Sam.
I managed to drag myself away from my desk and up to the big smoke on Thursday to attend the private view of Natalie Abadzis and Jim Green's latest exhibition. Nat is an all round illustrator and for this show, titled Akemi's Place, has created exquisite watercolours in homage to traditional Japanese print techniques, stunning. Jim's work is a mixture of documentary and landscape, with an eye for the ironic, absurd and beautiful. Great work and all available to buy. The show is on at Nolias Gallery, 60 Great Suffolk Street, SE1 0BL until next week.
We've finished the new sleeve for Stuchka Vkarmanye - due for digital release on electronic label Concrete Plastic in the New Year.
Stuchka Vkarmanye is Eliad Wagner, Musician, composer and programmer. Born and raised in Israel his music is a modern take on traditional European electronic music, think Kraftwerk meets Plaid. Nice!
Yep, we are among many of brighton designers heading down to glug Friday night for a bit of notworking.
Looks like it could a good event, a chance for us to get to know a few locals as we have only just started up.
not sure if there are any spaces left, but I do know they opened up another room due to its popularity.
Looking forward to it.
